Spring Clean at The Lock-Up

Saturday March 13th and Sunday March 14th

As you all know, we are currently working on moving all of our scenery and props out of their current location behind the old Stapleton Long building in Croxted Road. In preparation for our move we have decided that we are going to have a ruthless clearout.
It will be dirty but rewarding work and we are looking for volunteers.
So, if you:
a) Love having clearouts
b) Need to do a little exercise but don't want to go to the gym
c) Can spare some time on one of those dates

Calling all Directors!!!

Every year the Dulwich Players needs to look forward and decide on which productions it will be presenting in the following season.
All members are given the opportunity to put forward their ideas - whether they have previous directorial experience or not.
Last year we were delighted to have so many presentations which has resulted in us seeing new directors and exciting productions.
We hope to see more in the 2010/2011 season.
Each aspiring director will be invited to the Directors Meeting in order to pitch their production to the Committee.
We will be looking for plays to do in October 2010, February/March 2011 and summer 2011.
If you are interested in directing, please do not hesitate to contact me
The Directors Meeting will take place at 8pm on the 8th March in the upstairs room of The Rosendale.

Costumes Amnesty
What's that lurking in the back of your wardrobe, bottom of your drawer looking reproachfully at you each time you set eyes on it? Is it a dress. Jacket, shirt, or a pair of shoes you wore in that production years ago that somehow never made its way back to the DP Wardrobe?
My memory is short, I don't care how long you've had it or when it should have been returned. Don't be embarrassed, I just want it back – no questions asked.
If you have any items of clothing or props that need to be returned to their rightful home, just email me, phone me, bring it round, leave it anonymously on my doorstep at the dead of night and I won't scold or complain or cross you off my Christmas card list!
Please contact me Jane Jones
